The Cumberland County Veterans Parade Committee is proud to announce that this year’s Grand Marshals will be Korean War Veterans from Cumberland County.
In a special tribute to the service and sacrifice of those who answered the call during the Korean War (1950–1953), the Committee has chosen to honor this generation of Veterans by having them lead the parade as Grand Marshals.
The annual Cumberland County Veterans Parade is scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in downtown Crossville (rain or shine). This year’s parade will shine a spotlight on our local Korean War Veterans and give the community an opportunity to thank them for their service.
The Committee is currently seeking Korean War Veterans who live in Cumberland County and would like to participate in this special honor. Whether you served in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, or Coast Guard, or if you know a Korean War Veteran in our area, we want to hear from you.
Family members, friends, and neighbors are encouraged to help us locate these Veterans so they can be properly recognized and celebrated.
We look forward to honoring our Korean War Veterans and sharing their stories with the community at the 2026 Cumberland County Veterans Parade.
